The story originates in Mumbai, where aging background dancer Michael Roy is fired from his job due to his advancing age. On his dejected walk home, he discovers an abandoned baby boy in a trash bin. Michael adopts the infant, naming him Munna. As Munna grows up, he inherently inherits his adoptive father's rhythm and obsession with Michael Jackson, developing into an elite street dancer.
