Take the _save##### folders from Android/data/com.hg.titanquestedition/files/Preferences/SaveData/Main and move them to Documents\My Games\Titan Quest - Immortal Throne\SaveData\Main on your PC.

If using Android 11 or higher, your file manager will ask for permission to access the /Android/data/ folder. You must allow this to see the game's private folders. Take the _save##### folders from Android/data/com
