Scroll through the list to find the vinyl you wish to replace (e.g., SUPRA_UNIQUE_6_ROBOSAMURAI ).
You will typically receive two files: a main image (e.g., CustomVinyl.dds ) and a mask file (e.g., CustomVinyl_MASK.dds ). In TexEd, select the first slot (the main vinyl). Go to Texture -> Import and choose the main .DDS file. The texture's preview should update. Next, select the second slot (the mask). Go to Texture -> Import again and import the mask .DDS file.
