Click on the Maintenance tab at the top of the window.

Draw 2 to 3 ml of printhead cleaning solution into the syringe.
Fit a short piece of flexible silicone tubing (often included in printhead cleaning kits) tightly onto the tip of a syringe.
If the print head is completely blocked, you may need to soak the intake sponges.
