At the absolute forefront of this movement was the Belgian-Dutch project 2 Unlimited. Composed of Dutch rapper Ray Slijngaard and vocalist Anita Doth, and masterminded by Belgian producers Jean-Paul De Coster and Phil Wilde, the duo unleashed their debut studio album, Get Ready! , in February 1992.
