If your printer is under warranty, first – they reset the counter for free once within warranty period.
Check the boxes next to Main pad counter , Platen pad counter , and Ink system pad counter (options may vary slightly depending on the exact software version). Click the Check button. The tool will display your current page count and percentage usage.
