The "Full" model ships with a locked bootloader. You must use the proprietary "JUQ-Configurator Pro" software (version 2.3 or higher). Import the .jpq_full_cal file from the USB drive included in the box. Do not attempt to use standard JUQ250 firmware; it will cap your stroke and disable the secondary encoder.
