However, I found that there is another anime titled "De House ki no House de, Himitsu no House" or simply "DeHouse" but information seems limited.

Because of the sound distortion, the residents realize that whispers travel instantly, but screams take ten seconds to arrive. The episode uses this for a brilliant visual gag where a crying baby’s wail is seen (as ripples in the bubble wall) before it is heard, allowing Fuwari to "dodge" the noise.
